Why Mango

Ripe reasons to switch

Priced like a snack, not a bill

Typically below Airalo, Saily, Holafly and Nomad on like-for-like fixed-data plans. Check the table, we show our working.

Grumpy eSIM? We swap it

If an eSIM fails, you get a 1-for-1 replacement for the whole length of your trip, not just on day one. A real person handles it, not a bot loop.

Plans changed? Hand it back

Plans change. If the eSIM has not been activated, we can take it back, which nobody else in this market does. Eligibility depends on the plan, check the package details.

Online before the seatbelt sign

One-tap install on recent iPhones, QR plus a walkthrough on Android. Buy it on the taxi to the airport if you forgot.

Pay however suits you

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No local bank card required and no foreign transaction fee from us.

China, no VPN gymnastics

Plans routed outside mainland China keep Google, WhatsApp and Maps working. Set it up before you land, because the activation page is blocked once you arrive.

Three steps

How it works

Full guide
1

Pick where you are going

Choose a daily unlimited plan or a fixed data package. Prices are per country and shown before you pay.

2

Install while you pack

One tap on a recent iPhone, or scan the QR on Android. Do it before you fly and it waits quietly until you need it.

3

Land, flip the switch

Turn the line on at arrival. Your normal SIM keeps your number for calls and bank codes.

Easier

Connect in a few taps

Pick your plan while you are still packing, install it on the sofa, and forget about it. When the plane doors open your phone is already online. No queue, no plastic, no photocopy of your passport.

Faster

Skip the airport SIM queue

The counter at arrivals eats the first hour of your trip, and the tourist SIM you buy on the street may not even work. Checkout here is a few taps with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Safer

Someone actually answers

If the eSIM sulks, a real person walks you through it, for the whole trip, and swaps it 1-for-1 free if it is genuinely faulty. Trip cancelled before you activated it? Send the eSIM back to us.

Bought the wrong dates? We take it back.

Every other travel eSIM store treats a sale as final. If your plans change before you activate, we can buy the unused eSIM back, so booking early is not a gamble.

FAQ

Good to know before you fly

Will my phone work with a travel eSIM?
Most phones from the last few years do: iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models. Two things to check: the phone must support eSIM and it must be carrier-unlocked. A few region-specific models ship with eSIM disabled, so check your settings before you buy.
When should I install it?
Install before you fly, on home Wi-Fi. Installing needs an internet connection, and airport Wi-Fi is a gamble. Once it is installed you just switch the line on when you land.
Does it replace my normal number?
No. A travel eSIM is data-only and sits alongside your normal SIM, so you keep your number for calls and bank OTP codes. Turn data roaming off on the home line to avoid surprise charges.
I am going to China. Anything special?
Set it up completely before you arrive: once you land, the Great Firewall blocks the activation pages. Plans routed outside mainland China keep Google, WhatsApp and Instagram working without a VPN, which is the whole point of buying before departure.
What if it does not work when I land?
About nine times out of ten it is a settings toggle and support walks you through it in a couple of minutes. If the eSIM itself is genuinely faulty, you get a free 1-for-1 replacement for the whole length of your trip, or a refund. Support is a real person, not a bot loop.
Can I return an eSIM if my trip is cancelled?
Yes, if it has not been activated yet. That is rare in this market: most travel eSIM stores treat every sale as final. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, so check the package details or ask support before you buy.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No local bank card needed and no foreign transaction fee from us.
Can I share the data as a hotspot?
Most plans allow tethering, but it is set per plan. Check the package details before you buy if you intend to share with a laptop or a travel buddy.
